REFUND & SHIPPING POLICY

1. Physical Products (Books, Merchandise)

If physical products become available:

  • Shipping: Orders will be processed within 3–5 business days.

  • Delivery: Shipping times vary by location.

  • Refunds: Refunds are available for damaged or defective items.

    • Contact me within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

  • Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged.

2. Digital Products (E‑books, PDFs, Courses)

If digital products become available:

  • All digital sales are final.

  • No refunds will be issued once the file has been delivered.

3. Preorders

If preorders are offered:

  • Estimated delivery dates will be provided at checkout.

  • Delays will be communicated via email.
