1. Physical Products (Books, Merchandise)
If physical products become available:
Shipping: Orders will be processed within 3–5 business days.
Delivery: Shipping times vary by location.
Refunds: Refunds are available for damaged or defective items.
Contact me within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged.
2. Digital Products (E‑books, PDFs, Courses)
If digital products become available:
All digital sales are final.
No refunds will be issued once the file has been delivered.
3. Preorders
If preorders are offered:
Estimated delivery dates will be provided at checkout.
Delays will be communicated via email.
